- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance; CA Inter is a plus

Assistant Manager — Accounts & Finance
The Role
- Drafting SOPs and setting up new accounting systems and workflows
- General ledger, balance sheet, P&L and variance analysis
- Forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and month-end closings
- Accounting system migration and process automation
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong leadership and excellent English communication
- Experience across multiple accounting software platforms
Project Lead / Assistant Manager
The Role
- Review and recording of financial transactions and AP/AR workflows
- Reconciliation of customer and vendor balances (ageing analysis)
- Month-end and year-end activities, MIS reporting, finalisation of accounts
- Direct client interaction with international / foreign clients
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Excel and excellent communication
- Team handling and multiple-client handling experience
- Software: Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage

The Role
- Prospecting and outbound sales to US / UK / Australia clients
- Lead generation via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etc.
- Developing business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls

What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience (a must)

The Role
- Hands-on payroll across UK and US jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of UK HMRC regulations and US federal/state payroll laws

What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll tools
